Devices with a countdown timer

I am currently looking to replace old fitbit with a new one, they all pretty much have what I want. I am just wondering if any of them have a countdown timer that can be set for say 15 seconds the one i currently have only lets me set the l I am going to school for vet tech and this would be much easier than wearing my fitbit and an additional watch for counting BPM/RPM. If you have any insights please help

Yes the versa has a 15 second timer, but your 11am timer probably is an alarm.
