My Versa Lite screen has stopped responding to my touch or swipe. I have tried resetting multiple times, changing my clock face, letting the battery completely die, and even a factory reset and it still won’t respond. It also seems like lately my FitBit keeps restarting itself randomly. I am not sure if the 2 issues are related. I’d appreciate help or any other troubleshooting tips.

I think you have tried all the usual troubleshooting steps.
I would suggest contacting customer support via contact.fitbit.com If they can't fix it, they can check your warranty status and advise on your options.

Thank you for responding! I just wanted to make sure I had tried all troubleshooting steps before reaching out to them. I wasn’t sure if I had missed one in my research. I have now reached out to support and am just awaiting a response.
