My Versa 2 keeps crashing. It will display the incorrect time, not reading heart rate/sleep information. It will then turn off and on back on, displaying the logo and vibrate randomly causing the battery drain very quickly.

Mine is doing exactly the same but now won't turn on it just shows the logo and then turns off again

That happened with my charge 2 , then it completely stopped working so,then I purchased the versa 2 and it's not syncing like my charge2 was doing

I had to shut mine down, it was happening too frequently and not even functional!
Fitbit team, please help us!

Mine stopped 3 hours ago. It shows the Fitbit logo
on the screen, and won't do anything, just STUCK! From all the postings it looks like a system issue.

Mine was at 1% battery when I woke up early the other day so I scrambled and got it to the charger. Then I went back to sleep for a few hours. When I woke up it was at 100% so I put it back on my wrist and then a few minutes later it was a black screen with no response. I put it back on the charger and that’s when it started showing the Fitbit symbol off and on for the rest of the day. The next day it was working fine, or so I thought, so I tried it on again. Again, minutes later it repeated the same thing. Now it won’t hardly come back on at all, but shows it as 100% charged on my app from the last sync. So frustrating!!!! Please help us Fitbit! I use it to help my adhd and can’t afford a new one right now (..3 kids and their school supplies nearly broke me this year!) TIA!
