Since having my Versa 2 for a week it is randomly rebooting itself, when doing nothing, when scrolling through menus, settings and during exercises. I have done a factory reset, made sure I’m using the latest Fitbit app, removed and reinstalled the App and updated to the latest IOS version. Just thought I’d ask for advice before returning to the store?

@KJM10, welcome to our Fitbit Community! Since your Fitbit Versa 2 reboots by itself even after trying the troubleshooting steps you mentioned above, I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they will follow up and reply to your email.
