For the past two hours my Versa 2 has been rebooting every few minutes, when it finishes a cycle it is showing the wrong time - not much use for a watch. - can anyone advise on how to fix this issue?

Hi @BlueJules - it is obviously unhappy for some reason. Try turning off the phone's Bluetooth for a while and see if it stops rebooting.

Also if you get the chance and can get to watch Settings, About, do a Shutdown.

Then in the Fitbit App go to the Gallery tile and see if anything is stuck loading and change the clock face.

Logout of the Fitbit App, swipe off the active window and in Android clear the storage cache and force stop it.

Restart the phone and start the watch, if it is not rebooting like before, turn on the phone's Bluetooth and login to the app, wait for any pair and link prompts and see if it will sync, it may be able to change to the requested clock face and set the time.
