I bought a fitbit versa 2 over a year ago and it just recently stopped working. It keeps shutting down and not being able to turn on hours afterwards. I'm very disappointed and want it to work again, can someone tell me what I can try to get it work properly again?

I'm sorry to her that your Versa 2 turns off by itself. I totally understand how you feel about this. I'd like you to try a restart manually. To do so on your device, follow the steps listed in this help article. After this, make sure to charge it completely and see if it stops turning off by itself.
