I’ve deleted app. Reloaded it. Disconnected watch. Reconnected watch. Held button. It syncs. Shows correct info. Then the screen goes blank. Or if I try to move to another screen to reset goes blank. Then Fitbit logo pops up. It is not synced again. Then it keeps trying to sync, it may, goes through the whole process again and it keeps draining the battery. This all started about the time I moved from my iPhone 10 to iPhone 16 just before a trip to Ireland. I gave up on it back in October. Even bought a cheap replacement knockoff that I’ve been using.

Welcome to the community forums @Kennyjets67.
Thank you for sharing the details with me regarding this difficulty that you are experiencing with your Versa 2.
I'm not sure if you are still experiencing this situation with the smartwatch. If so, try to follow the steps listed below:
Please, try to change the clock face: How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?
In addition, sync in the Fitbit app by tapping the upper left corner icon > Versa 2 > Tile to see if a firmware banner appears. Then try again to sync in the Fitbit app by tapping the upper left corner icon > Versa 2 > Sync now.
