When I turn on my Versa 2 it goes to the screen that shows the date and time but if I touch the screen and key pad pops up and wants a 4 digit code. I have tried restarting it several times and it keeps coming back to that screen. I can't do anything with the Versa because I don't know the code it appears to want. Has anyone else run across this problem and if so what did you do?

As long as your fitbit is still connected to your account you can reset the PIN:

Once reset you can set the code only for Fitbit pay, however you will still need to remember it.
