Left button on my versa 2 is not responding. Managed ok without this , while frustrating, for several months but now it is stuck on set up wallet screen and I can’t get out of this. Can’t see the time, can’t swipe for notifications. Tried changing clock face and it still shows set up wallet. Can’t use left button to restart as it hasn’t been working for months.

Gosh I’m so sorry to hear your button is not responding. Is the button just not responding or is it stuck. (basically jammed in) If it’s jammed in maybe trying a straight pin around the button a bit might loosen any debris you might have around it and encourage it to pop back out. Unfortunately as you know if the button won’t work then manually doing a restart will not work. It also sounds like your screen is also not responding to swipe either. Look closely at the button and make sure it’s not jammed in anyway

Hi thanks for responding. The button is not stuck in, I can push it normally but it does not respond.
And you are correct the screen is not responding to swipe so it stays on the wallet setup screen

You can call Fitbit customer service….the possibility might have a solution that I’m not aware of. It certainly wouldn’t hurt to try I suppose. You can contact them here: https://myhelp.fitbit.com/s/support?language=en_US. I personally find calling them directly or through live chat as the best option. Good luck to you and I really hope someone there can sort things out for you. At least at a minimum get you off the wallet screen.
