Hi there @AlejandraPulido, welcome to the Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear that the left button of your Versa 2 has stopped working. Thanks for the details provided in your post and for verifying that the screen is still working. I'll be glad to help you.

If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to try the following steps to restart your Versa 2:

  1. Hold the back button for 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.

If the left button doesn't work at all, meaning that you're unable to restart the device with the above steps, please check: How do I turn off my Fitbit device? and let me know if the issue persists.

Let me know how it goes, I'll be around.

I am also having the same issue. After many email searches, it looks like I'm JUST out of warranty. Why are the Fitbit devices literally designed to last just until outside of warranty.....not my first device to malfunction just outside of warranty (sorry for my rant)

Tell me something what is the point of holding the BUTON down when the PROBLEM IS THE BUTTON. Mine is now stuck on the stupid shortcuts and now I have to figure out how to start all over again because now I can't even reset the stupid thing

That is exactly where I am! I can't go back and the button is non-responsive

The button is non-responsive, how is this a fix if holding the button in does nothing? I've restarted over and over but if I am somewhere that requires me to go back I'm out of luck? Restarting is my only option unless I buy a brew one, again?

I am having the same problem!!!! Fitbit support told me the same thing; to hold the left button to restart it! I've had my SENSE for 2 years now. Fitbit offered me a 35% discount to replace my watch.  Uggggh!!!!  My warranty had expired. Now I am wondering what is the use of paying for a warranty and you experience no problems until after the warranty expires.

I fully agree with what you said bbertra1. I, too, am experiencing the same exact problem.  This is my SECOND Versa 2 that I had to purchase because I experienced problems AFTER the warranty expired. I am now on the fence about buying yet another (and I'm deeply disappointed by this). I love this watch. I found that was using it more and more each day for different things, up until now. My husband feels that the watch malfunctioning (particularly, after the warranty expired) is "by design". I'm leaning toward agreeing with my husband and now find myself contemplating buying another watch. Even though Fitbit offers a discount, it's not enough. The watches aren't cheap and even after the discount, you will still be coming out of your pocket and paying a substantial amount. Fitbit has indicated that the company does not repair watches!  I don't know what I'm going to do at this point.
