My Versa 2 model only lasted 2 years and died after the software update. My previous fitbit watch (surge) lasted for much longer (about4 yrs)...it outlasted the bracelets which kept breaking. Fitbit stopped making the bracelets, so I had to buy the Versa2, even though the electronics of the Surge still worked.
I expected a better product based on my previous experience.
So disappointing.
