Screen blacked out - Versa 2

Read through all the community threads on this subject. 

My screen is blacked out - charged it fully - Fitbit is still tracking and syncing to my Fitbit app.

Tried all the tips so far in the thread, putting it in the charger, tapping the left hand button, holding down the left hand button. I get a periodic vibration but nothing all is blacked out. 

I just purchased it new in March of 2021.

Help!
