Versa 2 not holding charge

I have already contacted fit bit regarding my Versa 2. I cracked the screen and contacted them regarding the quality of the glass and asked if I could get it repaired(I would pay for it). I never received a reply from Fitbit. Now the Versa 2 is not holding a charge. I have to charge it every day. I like the features of the watch, but I will not buy another one.
