Versa 2 locked

I am not happy as my versa2 in locked and won’t reset I have some to customer support but as it is out of warranty they won’t do anything. Has this happened to anyone else and did you get it to reset in the end? The watch is not useless to me and I expected it to last longer than this

I'm in the same situation. My versa 2 shows the logo and that's it. Been on fitbit forums, youtube, etc tried to reset a couple of times, but nothing comes of it. I've had mine since Christmas 2019, so out of the warranty period... typical. If you do, in case, strike it lucky, please do let me know how you go. Good luck
