I recently changed my Versa 2 from IOS to Microsoft App not sure if this is relevant. Here is my issue I can find new device which I had first factory reset my Versa as a new unit. It finds it under Bluetooth then connects the display on my Versa 2 Logo goes from coloured to just white and stays on the Logo like its frozen a watch face does not appear I have tried everything including creating a new account.
Basically my Versa won't load its software and cannot even attempt to try another factory reset any suggestions it is fully charged the battery icon does appear and the FitBit logo that is it.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for the details that were shared in your post. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which steps you took to factory reset your Versa 2? Is your device displaying anything else rather than the white Fitbit logo?

I used the FitBit (About Factory Reset) prior to syncing to my Microsoft app, as I was unable to sync and assumed it had something to do with the ISO vs Microsoft app.

My apologies all that is displaying is the white FitBit symbol. It should be noted I also attempted to create a new user name as I had read this could be an issue as well.

it finally worked by setting up a new user account, not sure why but it worked. My new issue is I cannot add any watch faces to my Versa 2 it just times out and will not download faces.

The other thing I've notice I keep getting a message on my app that cannot connect to Tracker, isn't the Versa 2 a smartwatch not a tracker?
