My fitbit versa 2 has started to lose about 10 minutes everyday. It is okay when just freshly charged but then starts slipping. Help

Have the same issue with my Versa. Seemed to start after the last update. The problem seems to be that it is no longer syncing to my phone. Only way I have found to fix it so far is to delete the device and readd it but having to do this every day is a PITA.
