I’ve had the versa 2 since Monday and it’s worked fine until today. This morning I did over 8,000 steps doing a 5k walk which were tracked and was logged as a walk in the exercise section. However now they have gone and I now have just over 3,000 steps tracked. Does anyone know how I can sort it?

Hi @Erica75, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear that your Versa 2 lost over 4000 steps. I totally understand how you feel about this.
I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via chat and phone. In case the issue persists, please contact them with the reference number they provided and they'll be happy to follow up and assist you accordingly.
