Versa 2 won't provide accurate GPS data

Hi, I was wondering if folks are having issues with GPS tracking since the recent update? The tracking seems to be extremely inaccurate and keeps losing connection /signal - the same course I would usually run is now tracking about 1km less...

This was never an issue prior to the update.

Any help, advice or guidance would be useful. M

Thank you.

Since this has happened, the face of my Versa has come away from the watch. I’ve brought it back to the store and it has been sent away somewhere for assessment.

It’s not even 12 months old and I’m so disappointed that this has happened. I’m hoping it’ll be fixed/sorted, but if not, I’ll be buying a Garmin. Every single one of my Fitbits has broken within 12 months of purchase which is terrible and does not instil any confidence in the FitBit brand unfortunately.

Hopefully I get a positive outcome/resolution.

Thanks for the response.
