Versa 2 map not recording properly

My versa 2 always worked well but Lately it began to only track the distance in some sort of direct line.  I tried everything, v annoying.  Does anyone know why this has happened all of a sudden, I haven’t changed anything on my phone or app, any answers? Thanks

To try to resolve the issue please visit this article, open the menu "Why isn't GPS working on my Fitbit device?" and follow the instructions.

 

In addition, you can restart your Fitbit Versa 2 by following these steps and set it up as a replacement device:

 

  1. Tap the Today tab EdsonFitbit_0-1632352684780.png, and tap your profile picture.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.
