I have read a ton of blogs on the mic on not working on the versa 2. I have done a hard reset and tryed most of the solutions suggested but nothing works . 

 

It's not just not working with Alexa but also voice text. It's listening but nothing happens.  Any solutions I may have missed??

Hi @SunsetRunner first thing I would ask is if the mic is turned on. 

You say that it isn't working, but listening. Can you elaborate? Do you receive any error messages?

Yes the mic is turned on.

When I try to use it with Alexa or reply to a text message, it will show listening on the screen but does nothing. I can select pre loaded replys, but it won't pick up anything on the mic.
