Not syncing

My versa 2 will not sync to my Galaxy S10. App is updated and still will not sync. Has not synced since the newest update last week.

I've also restarted both multiple times

There where two updates last week, the Friday update suposedly fixed the sync issue. Have you tried these steps. Especially clearing the cache.

I've done it all! It said my tracker needed to update but I can't update it if it won't sync. I've done everything but a factory reset on my tracker

I'm not sure what the everything steps you tried are. 

A factory reset or removing the tracker from your account, really should not be done. 

Did you simply restart, ir do a complete shutdown?

I restarted the tracker, I restarted my phone, I uninstalled the app 3-4
times and reinstalled it I also restarted my phone be for reinstalling the
app. Turned blue tooth off and on a few times. Pretty much I tried
everything under the troubleshooting for not syncing. I even removed the
tracker and attempted to just connect it again to the app because it was
showing under my Bluetooth but wouldn't sync in the app.. It would connect
have me put in the 4 digit code to confirm and when I hit confirm it would
attempt to connect and then not and would tell me to check and make sure my
tracker was on which it was a fully charged.

I finally got it to work after uninatalling the app, doing a factory reset on the tracker, restarting the phone and restarting from scratch like I had just gotten it out of the box. I haven't had this problem until the update from the beginning of last week was installed... since then my tracker would not sync with my app.
