There where two updates last week, the Friday update suposedly fixed the sync issue. Have you tried these steps. Especially clearing the cache.

A factory reset or removing the tracker from your account, really should not be done.
Did you simply restart, ir do a complete shutdown?

Best AnswerI finally got it to work after uninatalling the app, doing a factory reset on the tracker, restarting the phone and restarting from scratch like I had just gotten it out of the box. I haven't had this problem until the update from the beginning of last week was installed... since then my tracker would not sync with my app.
