hello

I have had to wear Samsung Active 2 for the past 2 months ...nice watch horrible battery life!

I work on the NHS Frontline and my Versa 2 is my go to for fitness and general well being unfortunately a patient with Covid--19 grabbed my wrist although I was wearing full PPE my Fitbit was poking out so it had to be decontaminated and I couldn't wear it for 6 weeks but yay got it back today given the all clear ( bless it)!

I have missed it very much as I have said active 2 is really nice but too bulky for me I did however enjoy the fact I could answer calls and it had built in GPS but nup I'll stick with my Versa however maybe Fitbit could think of incorporating these features in future modules ( especially GPS and speaker) glad to be back with the Fitbit family

Greetings @Newtripley  and welcome back to the community and the awesomeness of Fitbit. Your Versa 2 probably felt lonely and so now you have to give it plenty of love. If you need to safeguard it going forward, some people are using lighter pouches that can be clipped to the waistband, pocket or bra and still county those steps. Six weeks quarantine for the Versa 2? I'm glad you're back and safe. Check out the link in my signature to see forum areas where you can share your recipes, fitness tips and more.

Thanks for replying..yes 6 long weeks it should have taken just 73hrs but they've been flat out

Because I work with very venerable people we have to take all precautions hence it took so long

@Newtripley Hi there. It's good to see on the Fitbit Community. 

I appreciate that you shared what you experienced, we love to read successful stories. Just as @Odyssey13 mentioned, it's good to hear that you're wearing your Versa 2 again and I'm sure happy to know that you're loving it. 

The best place to make your voice heard is to post your ideas in our Feature Suggestion board, those are reviewed by our team and the status will change depending on Fitbit's plans.
