For a couple of days now I haven't had a SPO2 percentage shown on the new Clock face.
I think it is because the O2 Sensor is not working - The green light is blinking as it should and I get a pulse measurement - but I haven't seen the red light blinking in a while.
Already tried all the usual stuff with rebooting / resetting.
Is there a way to fix this or is this a hardware issue?

Hi @PeetG, welcome to the Community Forums!
Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for trying some troubleshooting steps before posting over here. To better assist you and further investigate, can you please let me know when was the first time you experienced this issue and how many times since then? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to uninstall and reinstall the clock face and let me know if the issue persists.
Looking forward to your reply.

I am having the same issue with my versa (1st versa). I haven’t had an O2 reading for at least 4-5 days. Everything else in the metrics tile is updating except for the O2. Until tonight it’s just said the usual no recent data, but tonight just the O2reading is telling me to download the SPO2 clockface, but it is downloaded and working in each other area.

I had a O2 percentage on the Clockface yesterday and when I woke up today I saw the red light blinking - so I guess it's not a hardware issue after all.
I also found that the data collected normally in the app, even when the clockface didn't show a value.
It would be great to get some clarification on how the O2 Sensor is supposed to work - is it only active (blinking) while asleep or should I see the sensor Light during the day too?
As I understand it, the clockface only shows an average value of the data collected while sleeping - and the data is there, so I guess there is an issue with how and when that value is communicated to the clockface.

Has there been an answer for this? I got a versa 2 on 11/25, got the clock with the O2 sensor as soon as could. It just stopped working completely on 12/22. In the morning it says ‘recording’ but then after about an hour says ‘couldn’t read spo2’. I’ve cleaned the back, removed and reinstalled the clock. Other functions appear to be working.
This is very disappointing at only 3 weeks old
