Versa 2 - no sensor lights

Hello, 

 

My Versa 2 has been recording unusually low calories each day despite no change in activity levels (3300 cal per day to 1300). I have also noticed my heart rate is no longer displaying. I have tried all the troubleshooting techniques (sync, turning on/off HR, forced restart etc.). 

There are no visible sensor lights. Unfortunately customer support wasn't working when I tried to take this to them. Is this something that can be fixed? It is only just still in warranty so want to know if I should just take it back.

As the recommended troubleshooting steps did not help, the next step should be to contact Support. Besides tour calling team, you can reach them over other channels. Please visit our portal to see what channels are available. 

 

Hope this gets solved soon.
