Versa 2 no sp02 reading

Hi, just bought a new versa 2. It's software is up to date and I've a premium account. Worn the versa day and night for 5 days & nights but there is no sp02 reading on the app. Just tells me to sleep with my versa on which I've done for 5 nights now. I'm asthmatic so the main reason for my versa is to track my Sp02.

The "click to read" info (above) says SpO2 readings can only be recorded after 3 hours of restful deep sleep. I hoped to check for sleep apnea using the SpO2 feature as I am a restless sleeper. So now I learn my restless sleeping precludes the use of the app.

Very disappointing for me.
