Versa 2 nonstop scrolling though menus

My Versa 2 battery has been draining very quickly. I looked down and noticed it was constantly scrolling through steps, hear rate, and active minutes. I'm guessing it's doing this most of the day for the past 2 days since that's when it started. I took a quick video of it, but just realized there's nowhere to post it here.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for the details that were shared in regards your Versa 2 display issue. If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to restart your device following the next steps to solve this issue:

 

  1. For Fitbit Versa 2, hold the back button for 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.
  3. If you still have issues with your device, turn it off and turn it back on. For more information, see How do I turn off my Fitbit device?
