Suddenly my versa 2 isn’t adding steps to my daily total when I manually add walk or treadmill activity. Worked fine up until today. I’ve tried all the things: updated app, shut down phone, etc. Anybody?

Best AnswerMy Versa 2 has also stopped recording steps and it happened all of a sudden. I've tried everything suggested and nothing has restored them. Don't know what else I can do to get them back.

Hi @kjginga - this is a different issue if your watch is working normally otherwise and steps aren't showing on the watch but are in the Fitbit app, do the following.
Swipe left on the display, select the Today app and see if Steps show there.
If they do, in the Fitbit App go to the clock faces (Gallery) and tap your clock face and under See all details check your Permissions are all set on.
