Trying to get tunes on my Versa 2, but the Windows App doesn't recognize that I've got one setup, nor will let me setup via the app - it's simply not an option. When can we expect the software to catchup with the hardware, Fitbit????

I'm having the same issue. My versa 2 is connected to my mobile devices, but I can't connect using the Windows app to download my iTunes music.

Hey @Odyssey13 , nice to see you back. Thank you for your reply and information.
@svengalilogue @skeller119 , a warm welcome to the Community! As our friend Odyseey13 mentioned, a Versa 2 cannot be setup with a windows 10 Pc, at this time.
If you already have setup the Versa 2 with your account, you should be able to transfer the music to your device.
I'd recommend you to have a look at these articles:
How do I listen to music and podcasts on my Fitbit watch?
Why can't I download music and podcasts to my Fitbit watch?
Please let me know if you have further questions.

So how does that work if you don't use Pandora or Deezer? I want to download music that I have purchased to my Versa 2, and everything says that I have to link it to my PC via WIFI network and use the music tile.
If none of those things are available on Windows10, how would one transfer owned music to the watch?
Bill

Being able to load my purchased music and run without my phone was a key reason I bought the Versa 2. Hope this gets fixed asap!

Who can we contact to get this addressed?! This is the only reason I bought the versa 2 and seems unfair that I can't transfer music if I don't have an apple computer. It's synced on my phone app, but when I log into the windows app to transfer music just as the watch said I should, it neither recognizes my device in my account or gives me the opportunity. I want a refund if this is the case.

I too have the new Versa 2 and downloaded the mobile app to my HP laptop (Windows 10) from the Microsoft store. My Versa 2 loaded just fine to the mobile app on my Apple products but wasn’t able to see my Versa 2 on the Microsoft store version. I tried to add as a new device but like you stated, Versa 2 wasn’t an option. I also use iTunes for my music because I have the iPad and iPhone devices. SO, I was able to use the Fitbit “Connect” app (even though it states the Versa 2 should use the mobile app). On the fitbit download page select pc instead of windows10 and then “download for windows”. Use this app to load music to your Versa 2. I opened iTunes on my laptop, created a playlist for my Versa 2 and then following transfer instructions in the app was able to load it to my Versa 2. The only issue (as it is many times) turn off Bluetooth on all devices except your computer, otherwise the app will not find the Versa 2 and you won’t be able to get the transfer started. I now have 109 songs loaded that should work to get me through my workout...that is if I don’t have any issues pairing my Apple EarPods! Up Next! Hope this is able to help you!

What did you select as your device? Versa 2 was not an option when I downloaded Fitbit connect for PC on my Windows 10 computer (b/c the version for Windows 10 would not download). Seriously, isn't this false advertising to say you can download music on the device and then provide no way to do it? I've spend a few weeks looking into this - on and off because I have a LIFE - I hope it's not too late to return if I can't get it to work.

Hi @Ralison Windows 10 can't be used with the Versa 2. from the article - click to see

Once you've set up, you can get the music to your Versa. Did you see this area for help articles? click
