Touch screen not working

Anyone with a fitbit versa light having trouble with their touch screen on their watch? I think mine might be broken.

I have the versa 2.  My touch screen isnt working either!

I’m having the same issue. I tried turning it off and on again, didn’t work. 😕

It sounds like the Versa models got a bug from the update! I was thinking about upgrading my Versa to Versa 2 but I see the same problems on different posts.

Not sure is because of that. I upgraded a few weeks ago, only this week is the screen not reacting to touch. But I agree with you. Wait.

I have the versa 2 and my screen touch randomly stopped working the other day. So mad because I just got mine 25 days ago! Nothing had worked to get it normal again

If you bought it at Fitbit.com you can still return it.

Actually I just finished with customer support. I bought my Fitbit at Fitbit.com. Im returning mine and they're going to replace it. It's a year warranty.

My Versa 2 also not working properly, screen doesn't work, not a very user friendly device hard to even figure out how to do factory reset. Thought it might have been my clock face but think it is just defective, so disappointing. Just got it for Christmas.
