My Versa 2 has stopped auto tracking my exercise.
I have tried all suggestions I could find and none of them work.
After turning of blue tooth and force stopping the app and signing out and then restarting my phone it would work once and that's it... stops working after the first one.
I can do everything above, and again it works once and only once.
This is a very finicky device and app.
It regularly drops my heart rate on a run.
I am starting to wish I had hadn't invested in Fit bit.
