Good Morning
my Versa 2 watch has stopped charging and I have followed the instructions on several of the other strings, including:
Changing charging locations both USB and wall plug
Cleaning the electrodes
Forcing a restart
Nothing seems to be working what else can I try?

My versa has stopped working. On pressing and holding for 10s It's showing as a flat battery when inpress and hold but shows on my phone as 52%.

The Fitbit app may show a different battery level if your Watch hasn't synced recently. Charging your device to 100% may take 1-2 hours. If you are having difficulties to sync, please follow these troubleshooting steps.
