Not matter what I do I can't get my new versa 2 to charge. Anyone else having the same issue?

Mine is charging fine, but at first I didn't think it was because the way you put it in the charger seems upside down when the watch face is lit up. I had to make sure I was lining up the charging prongs the right way.
