Versa 2 not charging

I had a versa and upgraded to versa 2. Out of the box it read 52% charge. I deleted my old versa and installed the versa 2. It updated the firmware and it has been on the charger for 3 hrs now and still shows 52% charge. Any suggestions?

Ignore post. Problem solved. Discovered Versa 2 goes into charger opposite to the Versa. Stupid mistake on my part.
