My Versa 2 wont charge, I have tried all trouble shooting methods and nothing. I am so disappointed.

Is this the troubleshooting guide you followed? Help article: Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?

 

If that hasn't worked then, as it says at the end of that guide, it's probably best to contact customer support. If they can't fix it then they can check your warranty status and advise on your options.
