My Versa 2, about 6 months old has simply died. I have tried cleaning the contacts, used different chargers, checked power points etc but nothing. It seems I'm not alone. What next? How do I claim under the warranty????

I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they will reply to your email soon in order to follow up and assist you accordingly. They will also check out the warranty status on your watch. Please keep an eye on your email account.
