Versa 2 not charging

My Versa 2 died and will not charge. It’s been on the charger for over 24 hours now. The Fitbit logo keeps coming up on the screen but then goes away. When I take it off the charger the screen is black. I’ve tried cleaning it also.

Thank you for the information provided regarding the problem what you've been experiencing with your Versa 2 watch. 

If this is related to the battery, please make sure that you've followed the other steps provided in this article. If the device is charging, but the screen is completely black, make sure that you've also completed the restart procedure described here as well.

yes, I’ve done all of that and still nothing. Occasionally the Fitbit logo flashes but that is it.

The same thing is happening with mine. I’ve had it for 1.5 years. The helpline did all the troubleshooting steps then emailed me a discount promo code to purchase a new one.  Kind of a slap in the face for only having it a short time for the price of it. I would’ve thought they’d come good and replace it. Apparently all goodwill is gone. Sorry to hear your having the same issues. Hopefully you are able to get the problem resolved.

I’ve had mine for 1.5 years and they did the exact same thing to me that they did to you. Troubleshooted with me and Sent me a code.
