Hello

My fitbit versa2 is not charging. When placed on charger shows battery empty.

Please reply as soon as possible.

@Rahul1978 Welcome to our Fitbit Community. Regarding the charging issue that your Versa 2 has experienced, please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, charge your watch for 2-3 hours and see if the issue gets fixed.
