Same problem.
Fitbit screen is block, won’t stay on. It will sync with my phone and vibrate for notifications but I can’t see anything. I’ve cleaned it, tried restarting it, tried updating it. It’s now not charging and I cleaned the charger as well. It’s not even 2 years old
occasionally it will also have an orange screen

Please try these steps in order to charge your watch again:
Make sure you use the charging cable that came with your device, as most cables aren't compatible with other devices.
Check the alignment and try reconnecting your device to the charging cable. For more information, see How do I charge my Fitbit device?
