Hi team I have one plus 7 phone purchased from India and purchased versa 2 from USA.  can just see  know if there is a compatibility issue with this. If yes, then when we will expect a update on the compatible version. Dieing to wait for the update.

Hi @Darpan5715 The One Plus 7 is not on the Supported Devices List  , so ifit is not working then it is possibly not going to. What are you having trouble doing? Have you set the fitbit up OK?

As far as updates regarding compatability, Fitbit doesnt say which phonesnit is working on. You just have to keep your eye on the list I linked .

Try :

1) Disable the battery optimization for the Fitbit app

 

2) Lock Fitbit app in multitasking switcher

 

3) Restart your OnePlus device
