Versa 2 not connecting correctly

My Vera 2 will notify me when I receive a text and when I have missed a call but not when I have an incoming call. It all worked on the 5th of July but stopped on the 6th. I have tried disconnecting and re connecting, I have turned of notifications then turned them back on, I have checked my permissions. I am not sure what to do or how to fix.

Hello @CSumrell 

 I’m wondering if your call notifications on the Fitbit App were disabled by accident. Open the Fitbit App, tap your profile picture then scroll down and tap Versa 2. Now scroll down and tap notifications. Ensure that your call notifications are enabled. If you find it is already on, disable it, sync your Versa 2 , wait a few seconds then enable it and sync again. Also make sure your vibrations haven’t been turned off by accident either. Go to the settings gear icon on your Versa 2 and tap it. Now scroll down and find vibration and make sure it’s not turned off. 
I’m assuming that you do not have DND or sleep mode activated because your receiving text messages

Mine is having the same problem as well. It is not syncing with the app either. Please let me know if you find a fix! I will do the same

I followed the steps that were given and was not having any success. Then when I was trying to prove it didn't work it started working. So I have no clue what I did. I have had disconnected everything and reconnected again multiple times. Good luck!!
