hi there, my Versa 2 is no longer turning on, it is simply a black screen, there are no lights showing on the back of the watch. I have tried charging it but it shows no indication of charging even after being on the charger for a hour or so. Last night I saw that it had 40% battery so I put it on the charger and forgot about it. Today I put it on and it was a black screen. I have tried holding the left side button down for several seconds and there is absolutely nothing. I have cleaned the charging area on the back of the watch and on the charger. I cannot even tell if the charger is working any longer. I have had this for well over a year or so so no warranty. Any advice please??

Hi @ElleMJones - your watch is showing indications of not being charged.
As you have cleaned the contacts try using a computer to charge it. The computer will play a sound when it connects (or not) - it will help you isolate the cause of not charging.
