My versa 2 will not connect to the Fitbit app. I’ve tried many times now and it allows me to input the number but every single time I get the same error message. I’ve tried on an older version of the app on an old phone. I’ve tried resetting everything but nothing is working. I bought this Fitbit second hand from eBay but I can’t see why that would mean it won’t connect to the app? Please help!!!!

I've seen you contacted our Support Team after posting here and they already offered some troubleshooting steps, my best advice is to keep the conversation directly with them so they will tell you what is the next step in case that the recommendations provided haven't worked.
