Versa 2 not connecting with Alexa

i recently got a Versa 2 but it wont let me connect with my alexa. I have watched the tutorials of how to set it up. The problem seems to be that i dont see an Alexa tile when i click onto my device on the app. Does anyone have any idea why its not working?

Hi @EmaLouiseD , Alexa works depends on where you living, not all countries are supported yet, certainly when you do not see the tile. See this site. Click the link and scroll to the bottom of the page and look for your country. If it's not present in the list, it will not work yet. Regards kuzibri

Thanks @SunsetRunner  I checked that and I am in Ireland so it should connect

Fixed the issue by turning on automatic location tab in advance settings

I had the same problem, I deleted amazon app and tried it, it worked.Then I down amazon app again and it working fine.
