Versa 2 not counting steps properly.

Versa 2 not counting steps properly. I've restarted many times, tried the counting 100 steps as well. It's just not working unless I literally start jumping.

I'm sorry to see that you've been having trouble with accuracy of steps recorded. Thank you for confirming that you already tried the restart procedure. 

 

Before considering other options, could you please provide a few extra details about what you've been experiencing with the accuracy of your steps? Is the watch recording more steps or less steps? 

 

Let me know if you're experiencing this behavior with a specific activity as well, or if you're seeing this during the day with regular use of the watch.
