My versa is blank. I have tried all the suggestions that I've seen out there. Holding all three buttons for up to three minutes, plugging it directly into the computer to charge, charging it overnight, charging first 1 1/2 hours, etc. It will show 100% charged and I'll put it on and it will be blank again. Not sure what else to try.

Hi @Eagle1015 , did you update to the new Firmware version 70.7.14? If yes, than this is the cause of your problem. When your Versa is still under warranty, contact Customer Support. Regards kuzibri
