My Versa 2 has stopped syncing and is not displaying anything on clock face. When I press & hold left button my notifications come up (which is how I set up the shortcut) so I know it’s still partly working but can’t get it to display anything else

To better assist you with this situation, can you please let me know if you're using a third-party clock face or a Fitbit original? To fix this, please try to restart your Versa 2 and then change its clock face following the steps that are specified on: How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device? and let me know if the issue persists.
