Every time my Versa battery completely dies after I charge it the time is wrong. I power it off then on, try to sync it with no luck.

Hi @Stacyk08, welcome to the Community Forums.

Let me share with you that our Fitbit devices use your mobile device information to display the time with the syncing process, therefore, by simply syncing your Versa 2 it should display the time that’s configured on your phone.

However, this may also also be fixed by updating the time zone in your Personal Settings. For step-by-step instructions, please check our help article: How do I change the time on my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes.

Let me know if further assistance is needed, I’ll be here.

My phone displays the correct time and time zone. It doesn’t typically fix itself until I sync it, power down and on, then attempt to sync it again at least 3-4 times.

Your update is appreciated @Stacyk08.

I appreciate the details that were shared in your reply, seems odd that you have to sync your device 3-4 times in order to fix this situation. To further investigate, can you please let me know which phone are you using with your Versa 2? Do you use other Bluetooth devices at the same time you sync your Fitbit? When was the first time you experienced this situation and how many times since then? In the meantime I receive your answers, please troubleshoot the app following the next steps:

  1. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  2. Uninstall the app from your mobile device.
  3. Make sure that the OS version of your phone is up to date.
  4. Reboot your mobile device.
  5. Reinstall the Fitbit app.
  6. Login using your account credentials.

Looking forward to your reply.
