Versa 2 not found on device app

I went into my app and noticed that on my dashboard no information was there. I tried multiple things, and came to realize my device was no longer synced to my app. I tried to sync it and kept getting “something went wrong abort” message. I then removed the device from my phone’s Bluetooth manually and same thing. I deleted and redownloaded the app... same issue. Turned off my device and same thing. It won’t add my device. I get the code on my Fitbit and when I enter on the device it comes up saying something went wrong. Any idea what’s going on?

I do not have an editing bar to add a photo. The message says “something went wrong there was an error trying to pair your device “ then the option to hit abort. I tried each step and it still won’t add the device. Additionally I didn’t unpair my device, but it was no longer listed.
