I updated my tracker today, and now I am not getting my text notifications. I just recently purchased this one after my other Versa would not receive texts or calls for the last 8 months! Now I have the same issue. I did not update my iphone to the 13.5 ios, so that cannot be the problem! I have notifications on and everything set just as it was before the update. What can I do?

I did all the steps and it started working again.

Clicking on This Help Article button doesn't take me to an article. It's very frustrating to have my Fitbit lose notifications, then try recommended stips to fix it, all to no avail. It's also frustrating to have to go to three places (Versa, Fitbit app on smartphone, Fitbit.com on PC) to change settings.
It would be nice to be able to go to one location to figure out why my Versa suddenly stopped getting notifications.
